Seduced by an outworn VHS copy of David Fincher's Fight Club, Adam Fled the simplicity of country Victoria for the bright lights of Melbourne's VCA. 

After serving a life sentence at Blockbuster Video, and taking the Tarantino route of education, Adam had become the real world equivalent of the Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons. Blockbuster went the way of the dodo and Adam figured there must be some upside to consuming 5,000 films, so he became a film critic. 

He has written for everyone from defunct student publications to leading international film blogs - basically, anyone who will lend him a soapbox. This enthusiastic mentality hasseen him go from pimply Blockbuster Magazine reviewer to being the current chairman of the AFCA.
