​Michael Agar is currently researching and writing "Under The Radar", a book on low budget Australian feature films from 1995 to 2015.

He was also co-founder and curator of Popcorn Taxi Melbourne and has presented an extensive range of onstage filmmaker interviews and Q&As around the country for various film festivals.
